Current Staff

Sam Hegney is the principle of the firm and a solicitor with 12 years experience in general Legal Practice.

Nathan Elkington is our office manager in Armidale and we share him with Jarratt Webb & Graham Advocacy Pty Ltd.

Rod Kennedy is a law clerk normally in Armidale or wherever else the boss takes/sends him...

Ben Hoffman is our solicitor in Moree.

Shirley Power is our newest solicitor and is based in Walgett.

Secretaries/office clerks are Samantha Humphries in Moree, Leslie Dodd in Walgett and Kim Kelly in Armidale.

Sanjay Robert and Peter Kemp are our permanent solicitors in Armidale, they also travel to our other offices at times.  Peter does the bulk of our conveyancing having been a law clerk for some time along with litigation and some criminal work,  Sanjay does a lot of criminal court work, advocacy, Family, Care and litigation.

Kate Biffin has been appointed to our Moree office and is involved in all our court work there.

Joy Quinones is our solicitor in Walgett and is conducting almost all of our Walgett and Lightning Ridge matters.

Kasey Nolan and Nathan Elkington are our office managers in More & Armidale respectively although we share them with our chamber co-occupiers Jarratt Webb & Graham Advocacy Pty Ltd.
