We provide general and particular legal services. Should we not provide the particular expertise your problem requires then we are able to give you advice and guidance as to a suitable firm that can.

Particularly and importantly, we will not knowingly lead you down the path of contested Legal Action that you will lose. Negotiation and settlement is the normal and preferable course for us in the majority of cases. We will not and do not "churn the file" for our own costs, irrespective of your financial means.
